ZARELA’S ENSALADA DE ATÚN MEXICANA
1 can good quality tuna
1 medium ripe firm tomato, diced
½ cup white chopped onion
1 jalapeño chile, minced
1 garlic clove minced
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Combine all ingredients and serve with soda crackers.
